Both hospitals are operated by Banner Health, a large non-profit health care provider in the greater Phoenix area, which commands a 55% market share. Banner Health occupies 28% of the Portfolio, with various lease terms. Standard & Poor’s and Fitch assigned Banner Health with AA credit ratings.
