Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. Announces Naum Nasif as Leasing Manager in Colorado

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, February 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ – Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (NYSE:HTA) has hired Naum Nasif as Leasing Manager in Colorado.

Mr. Nasif will directly manage and oversee the leasing of nearly 400k sf of HTA’s high quality medical office building portfolio located in metro Denver and will be instrumental in identifying and expanding key relationships with both healthcare systems and physician groups in the region. Mr. Nasif will be based at HTA’s regional leasing and management office located in Highlands Ranch.

Mr. Nasif brings significant commercial leasing and brokerage experience to HTA, having previously served as Senior Leasing Associate with Fleisher Smyth Brokaw LLC, where he was responsible for new and existing leasing of their 600,000 square foot medical office portfolio. Prior to that Mr. Nasif held positions of Land Acquisition Specialist and Purchasing Agent at Richmond American Homes. Additionally, Mr. Nasif served as Commercial Brokerage Assistant a CB Richard Ellis where he worked with in both the retail and office sectors.
